Earl King Construction, LLC is the continuation of over 75 years construction excellence in the Lancaster County and southeastern Pennsylvania communities.  2013 was an exciting year for the company as its ownership transitioned from Ron King, the son of the original founder Earl King, to three new owners, Jesse Martin, Ron Steiner, and Don Good who purchased the company and took over operations in March of  2013.  It is an exciting time for us as we continue on in the time proven reputation of Earl King.  As three highly experienced owners in the Residential and Commercial construction industry, we are applying over 100 years of combined knowledge which we have accumulated over the years to every project and client we are privileged to work with.  We are anxious to see where God leads us and our company, and will continue striving to be a God honoring company.

Some Past History:

Earl King, Inc has been a family run general contracting company established in 1938 by Earl King.  Earl formed the company in his basement and soon became one of the only commercial barn builders in the area.  The types of projects the company completed gradually expanded to include residential and commercial projects.  Harold King joined his father in 1961 and soon after Ronald King joined them in 1965. The two sons took over and incorporated the company in 1969.

In the 90’s Ron King took over with sole ownership of the business and continued to run things with the same principles that he learned throughout his career with the company. His experience in dealing with municipalities, subcontractors and clients was unsurpassed. Along with Ronald, his daughter Connie King joined the company as a project manager and eventually as a registered architect.  Connie assisted clients through the design process to construction.  The company now has some new faces, but will continue to on in it long history of  quality construction and high values.
